Interim housing was provided to meet the individual needs of the homeless according to their status: At times, they were families who were living in their cars and needed a few nights hotel stay to stretch out their legs.  Others were assisted with hotel stay for protection from an imminent threat to their physical safety on the street. Rooms were also provided to individuals that needed a few days for convalescence upon hospital exit and prior to return home flight out-of-state.
