Our FAMILY REUNIFICATION PROGRAM
is a ground-breaking initiative making a profound impact in Hawaii. Since February to December 2024, we've successfully reunited 152 people with their families out-of-state, achieving remarkable results:

$525,000 in annual cost savings for the State of Hawaii in termination of EBT cash aid paid out to this group.

$4,000 daily savings per person in hospital stays, and savings in ambulance services, police calls, court cases and incarceration costs.

Exits from the island decreases the homeless stats, which contributes to a decrease in crime and a safer community.

By reuniting families and providing a supportive pathway, we're transforming lives, reducing homelessness and fostering a more compassionate society.

Personalized assessments
Each person is treated as an individual and not a category. For this reason, we make it a priority to interview clients on an individual basis to gather information about their circumstances and their hopes and desires. Interviews help us create an individualized plan of action specific to each client, and one they can envision for themselves.
For most people experiencing drug and alcohol addiction, the desire to leave the cycle of addiction begins with enrollment in residential rehabilitation facilities. Given there are less rehab vacancies on the Big Island of Hawaii, we provide referrals and assist clients with enrollment and travel to inter-island and mainland residential treatment programs, depending on facility availability and program relevance.
